I made this quilt for Stacy, Justin's cousin. She is expecting her first child with her husband Jim. In fact, she's due any day now and we're all anxiously awaiting to see if she will have a son or a daughter. :-)
My mother-in-law (Robin) suggested that I make a quilt for the baby shower they were throwing for her. I went with Robin as she picked out all of the fabrics. The squares were about 4"-5". Then I cute the primary colors (and green) into triangles and sewed them all together in a diagnol pattern. The light brown ties into the road that the nursery rhyme characters travel upon.
